[mod_python] RH7 and mod_python and mod_php4 == apache crash

Under RH7, it appears that one cannot have both mod_python and mod_php
installed. When both are installed and Apache is started from the init
script, it crashes. Note that running Apache without all of the
"-D HAVE_..." pieces that the init script passes to httpd seems to
prevent the crash.

Any ideas what is causing this?
