[mod_python] mod_python and Python 2.6.1 on windows

Hello,

if You have Python 2.6 installed, you must install mod_python for Python 
2.6.
This: "mod_python-3.3.1.win32-py2.5-Apache2.2.exe" is mod_python 
installer for Python 2.5
