[mod_python] Apaches and Pythons and Tigers, oh my!

For those who need a solution to this problem, please see the message "Using
mod_python with MacOSX Tiger/Leopard" as it contains instruction on how to
checkout and compile a version of mod_python that appears to fix the
installation problems described here.
