[mod_python] Trouble with Apache 2.0.54 and Python 2.5.1

I have no idea as I don't know what you are talking about when you
mention 'import/export ordinals'. I am not a Windows person.

When people cant get passed this problem, often doing a complete
uninstall and reinstall of mod_python/Python/Apache magically fixes
the problem.
