[mod_python] URL-based handlers

I have looked at a few of the python-based web frameworks, but would like to 
roll my own (much stripped-down) framework.  I am curious if anyone has a 
handler that is shareable that maps a URL to a function, akin to what Django 
does?  Any links to mail archives, pages, etc. would be appreciated.
