Eh, that'd be mod_python?

Anyway, I use PSPAD, a freeware editor for Windows that supports many
languages, works great on mixed linux/unix and windows systems, and very
nicely syntax-highlights PSP pages.

Comes with a ton of features, including lots of HTML tools, FTP, projects.

For CSS editing, I use the CSSEdit plugin on Firefox. I also use a
plugin called "tamper data" on Firefox which allows you to see (and
modify!) exactly what the browser is sending and receiving.

And of course, subversion and cvs (with Tortoise on Windows).
