[mod_python] How to make mod_python know when Apache is shutdown/restarted?

In case you aren't on the developers list for mod_python, Nicolas has
already pushed the patches I proposed back into the subversion source
code repository.

Anyway, please let us know how this feature works out and whether it
achieves what you wanted.
