[mod_python] web frameworks

Hi Kamil,

A couple of months ago there was a discussion about different frameworks 
on this list. Somebody did a nice job listing quite a bit of them and 
writing some pros/cons about them.

BTW, I am using draco, which was named in that listing too. Maybe that 
helps to narrow the search down.
