[mod_python] mod_python 3.1.1b server.generation and Draco

That's fixed.   It wasmy_generation.

Looks like you got my email on restart_time also.  Is there a test suite for 
mod_python that goes through and checks all the objects to make sure they 
still have all their normal attributes?
