[mod_python] Re: IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory...(etc)

I finally got it to work.  It was definitely just an Apache on
Windows problem.

For those interested:  It was a combination of using a User ID with
enough local rights/privileges for the services logon, combined with
using UNC pathnames instead of drive letters ("//remotesvr/files" vs
"z:/files").

Apparently the drive letter mappings (beyond any physical devices)
are only available during an interactive login, not an NT service
login (even though it was the same User ID login).
