[mod_python] RH7 and mod_python and mod_php4 == apache crash

Thanks for the response. I am installing mod_python via the RPM (built
from the SRPM for Python 1.5.2), which appears to install correctly. The
RPM definitely puts the mod_python LoadModule directive first.
